Brittany Brink

As an attorney in the Commercial Real Estate Division of Porter Law Firm, Brittany handles complex real estate transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of retail, ground, and office leases as well as purchase and sale agreements. Her expertise covers contract negotiation, title and survey matters, lease management, and real estate development. Brittany also excels in handling landlord-tenant relations, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance in all real estate matters.

Brittany received her undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. While earning her juris doctor from South Texas College of Law, she was a staff writer for Currents International Trade Law Journal and a member of the Real Estate Law Society and Oil and Gas Law Society.  

An avid horseback rider, Brittany enjoys outdoor fitness activities such as hiking and biking. In her free time, she can be found tending to her plants, spending time with her fiancé, Baxter, and volunteering for the Junior League of Houston and Child Advocates of Harris County.
