Brooke Wilhelm

Brooke Wilhelm is an Associate Attorney at Porter Law Firm, where she focuses on commercial litigation and real estate disputes. She graduated magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law, Houston and holds a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University. 

Brooke began clerking at the firm after her first year of law school, gaining practical experience in case strategy, legal research and writing, and oral argument. Today, she draws on that foundation to provide calculated, thorough representation and guidance to clients navigating complex disputes. She is a strategic advocate, whether litigating in court or representing clients in negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. 

Outside the office, Brooke enjoys travel, live music, Pilates, and anything that combines good food with better conversation.
