Jeffrey B. “Jeff” Hardaway

Jeffrey is a senior attorney in Porter Law Firm’s POA Division focusing on corporate governance, condominium associations, property owner associations, and litigation. His years as an elected member of his condominium’s association board give him a unique perspective on condominium association matters.

Jeffrey received his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and spent seven years teaching in public education before pursuing a law career. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now Texas A&M School of Law) and has spent the past fifteen years representing clients in foreclosures, evictions, general litigation, POA and condominium association disputes, and corporate governance.

Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his wife, Debra, their two grown sons, and friends.
