Jonathan Sandstrom Hill

Jonathan is a senior attorney in Porter Law Firm’s Austin office, where he advises clients on commercial real estate matters, helping clients structure deals, mitigate risk, and navigate the legal side of acquisitions, dispositions, and ownership. Drawing on his significant in-house experience with one of the largest owner-operators of office properties in Texas, Jonathan approaches each transaction with a practical perspective and a focus on helping his clients achieve their business goals with minimal risk.

Jonathan earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from Boston College. Before joining Porter Law Firm, Jonathan served as General Counsel for Capital Commercial Investments. He also practiced as a trial attorney with the Ross Law Group, representing clients in employment litigation.

When he’s not working, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, playing board games, and watching football.
