Sean M. Reagan

Of counsel

Sean Reagan is triple board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Appellate Law, Civil Trial Law, and Consumer and Commercial Law. Sean has tried 50 cases in his career, including 39 as lead counsel. Sean also regularly appears before the Texas Supreme Court, arguing before the Supreme Court on five occasions and obtaining reversals from the Supreme Court on three other occasions. Sean also has argued before the Texas Intermediate Courts of appeals on fifteen occasions.

Sean is also involved in numerous bar activities, which include serving on the Pattern Jury Charge-General Negligence, Intentional Personal Torts & Worker’s Compensation Committee since 2017, serving as the managing editor of the Appellate Advocate, serving a three-year term on the State Bar of Texas Administration of Rules of Evidence Committee, and speaking at various continuing education seminars. Sean has also authored a variety of articles and delivered numerous presentations on subjects ranging from voir dire to damages.

Sean’s educational accomplishments include winning awards for appellate brief writing, interning for the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas, and serving as Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the South Texas Law Review.
